Seaview Cottage is part of what was formerly Seaview Farm,(now a family home) and is set out on two floors. There are three double bedrooms, all spacious, (one double bed, two sets of twin beds) and a bathroom with WC on the first floor. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with wood-burner stove, TV and video, and space to dine. There is a large breakfasting kitchen, and a shower room with WC. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge.
Seaview Cottage is newly double-glazed throughout. In the lounge you will find a good selection of videos, books and some games and jig saw puzzles. We also have a good selection of tourist information books, leaflets and maps. A pretty garden patio opens off the lounge, and provides space to sit out. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. A washing line is also available.
The cottage is centrally heated throughout, and the wood-burner provides additional atmosphere and warmth on colder evenings. Logs are provided for the wood-burner and there is no additional charge for electricity or heating.
The accommodation has recently been redecorated and refurbished throughout to a very high standard. It provides warm and comfortable accommodation for up to six people plus a cot which is suitable for babies of 2 years and under. All bedrooms have full size beds.
Bed linen and Tea cloths are provided and included in the cost. Towels can be provided at an extra charge. You will need to provide your own linen for the cot.
There is parking for two cars outside Seaview Cottage, and the property is approached over a sound but un-adopted road.
Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed in any part of the cottage and we regret that we cannot accept pets.
